Sie wird dort wirksam, wo Menschen miteinander arbeiten, f\u00fchren, kommunizieren und Ver\u00e4nderungen gestalten.<\/p>\n<p>Genau hier setze ich an. Ich begleite Unternehmen dabei, Entwicklung nicht nur zu planen, sondern im Alltag wirksam umzusetzen \u2013 in Teams, in F\u00fchrungssituationen, in Lernprozessen und in organisationalen Ver\u00e4nderungen.<\/p>\n<p>Mein Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Arbeit mit Unternehmen im <strong>M\u00fcnsterland<\/strong>, im <strong>Kreis Steinfurt<\/strong>, im Raum <strong>Osnabr\u00fcck<\/strong>und im <strong>Ruhrgebiet<\/strong>.
