Ein Kurztraining \/ \u00a0Fokus Training ist auch halbt\u00e4gig umsetzbar. In einem (oder mehreren) halbt\u00e4gigen Training arbeiten wir intensiv an den ausgew\u00e4hlten Themen. Danach k\u00f6nnen die Mitarbeiter die Themen am Arbeitsplatz direkt ausprobieren. Durch die kurze Dauer (4 Stunden) k\u00f6nnen auch Teilzeitkr\u00e4fte ohne Probleme (und ohne \u00dcberstunden aufzubauen) am Training teilnehmen. Vollzeit Mitarbeiter sind nicht den ganzen Arbeitstag im Training, weshalb das Tagesgesch\u00e4ft nicht komplett liegen bleibt. Die Fokus Trainings sind auch gut direkt bei Ihnen im Unternehmen oder in einer Kombination aus Online und Pr\u00e4senztraining umsetzbar. Die Mitarbeiter k\u00f6nnen dann vom Homeoffice oder Arbeitsplatz am Training teilnehmen.
